DEBUG message: concurrent ROOT page split

Hi all,

Sometimes I use RAISE DEBUG on my functions, and it showed this message on
PostgreSQL 8.3.7 on i486-pc-linux-gnu, compiled by GCC gcc-4.3.real (Debian
4.3.3-5) 4.3.3.

Is it normal? Could it be something wrong with my code?
