Installing Mysql5.0.81 on Solaris 10

Hello - I was ask to install Mysql version 5.0.x on Solaris 10 (a T2000).=
=A0 I can not find a good how-to on this.=A0 I would really appreciated if =
someone can point me in the right direction.
I'm also looking for tuning and performance tips.
