I am installing ActivePearl on Windows 2003 64bit SP2. The problem I
have is that I don't see the "Pearl CGI Extension" in the IIS Web
Service Extensions (or any extensions for that matter). I have used all
the default install options and installed both the 32 and 64 bit
versions of ActivePearl. I am installing Active Pearl 5.10 build 104.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think you need to decide if you want Pearl or Perl:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PEARL_(programming_language)

Once you do decide it's Perl:
http://www.google.com.au/search?rlz=3D1C1CHMB_en-GBAU323AU32 3&sourceid=3Dch=
rome&ie=3DUTF-8&q=3Dperl+cgi+iis

ActivePerl itself once installed has this link in it's TOC:
file:///C:/Perl/html/PerlEx/WebServerConfig.html

HTH.
