Installing mysql-4.0.18-win

Gentlemen,

I downloaded mysql-4.0.18-win, unzipped it and installed it! Wonted to =
start mysql services and got the following message:"Error 2: The system =
cannot find the file specified." (image attached).
Any comments?!

RE: Installing mysql-4.0.18-win

Go into the \msyql\bin folder and type: mysqld-nt --install

That will install the service under NT-based systems. Then to start the
service, just use the command: net start mysql
