Name based virtual hosts? Or something else?
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/1.3/vhosts/name-based.html
I used to do it on my server at home running Apache.

See http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/, middle column, bottom line.
You may also want to check the time of the workstation you are using to
post your messages.
It seems that answers to your questions come before you even phrase
them, which is interesting from a philosophical point of view, but
somewhat difficult to follow logically.
To avoid even more confusion, I hasten to mention that the above on-line
documentation was written and made available a long time before you
asked the question.
