[JOB] Short term perl/php/etc prototyping/hacker sought

Are you a person who can whip up a REST interface to SQL in seconds;
scrape 6 files and turn them into an Atom feed and hack the server side
stuff needed to get an AJAX interface within minutes ? Or able to build
REST interface to make 'http://localhost/make.tar.gz/src/make.c' work
within an hour in a pretty scalable way? And set up a server to do all
this form scratch in a day ? Which stays up for weeks without ado ?

And do you have a few weeks/months of time; from next week on ? And are
able to get into London/W12 easily ? Then I'd love to hear from you!
