SSL negotiation failed - while Subverison update/checkout operation

Hi,

My repository was working fine these days.. all of a sudden we are getting
the following error for svn update / co. Please let me know what will be the
issue.

svn: Report of 'svn/proj1/!svn/vcc/default': SSL negotiation failed : SSL
error: tlsv1 alert access denied


Apache/2.2.13 (Win32) mod_ssl/2.2.13 OpenSSL/0.9.8j DAV/2 SVN/1.6.6

Please let me know.
