Can"t execute the given command because you have active locked

Hi All,

I am getting "Can't execute the given command because you have active locked tables or an active transaction" error when I am trying to truncate table. I am unable to understand the error as when I am using the mysql query browser then the same command is working fine but when I am doing it through NetBeans then I am getting this error. Well that is what is very strange and I am unable to solve this problem.

If anyone could just help me with this.

Try enabling MySQL querie log:

log=3D/var/log/somelog.log

and execute the command from netbeans. Look at the log and execute
again from query browser. Now, look if there is any difference on the
log (perhaps netbeans execute some other queries) ;)
