PHPCoder Help

I have a couple of php script coded with PHPCoder, which (I don't know =
why) isn't working. I need someone who can decode those scripts for me =
and send me the codes decrypted or teach me how do it...thanks a lot

If this is using a service like http://www.freephpencoder.com/ then the
intent of the original programmer was to prevent you from decoding it. I
have to ask, is this software you are legally allowed to decode, without
breaking any user agreements, etc?
