You are right, and I shouldn't have lumped you in with the commercials. I do
find the announcement of a new engine in and of itself interesting, and
don't mind seeing that.

I guess I just see this list as more of a troubleshooting list, and I love
seeing how trouble gets shot. I guess I just don't expect repeated
announcements of products I already know exist :-) You're not particularly
guilty of this (I just bothered to search the archives :-) ), but some
products have an announcement every few days at time.

Probably some people do like seeing those updates, and as I'm in no way
related to the owners of this list I also have nothing much to say on how it
is run.

Yes, I just checked, and most everyone seems to do that, so I just added the
filter, which removes my gripe :-)
