Jakarta Web-site"s RSS does not have pubDate tag

Dear Sirs!

The RSS of http://jakarta.apache.org/
http://jakarta.apache.org/site/rss.xml
does not have pubDate tag. So it is not possible to display this feed
correctly in aggregation without knowing to which date it belongs

Could anyone fix it?

I think it's fixed now.
