I am assuming this is 64-bit windows.
Click Start, type in "odbc" in the search box.Right-click "Data Sources (OD=
BC)", I'm not sure how it will show up in French.
Then click "Properties"Change "Target:" (cible?) to: %windir%\syswow64\odbc=
ad32.exeChange "Start in:" (debut dans) to: %windir%\SysWOW64

There are 2 kinds of applications on 64-bit Windows, 32-bit ones and
64-bit ones. ODBC Administrator has both versions and please use 32-bit=20
one(%SystemRoot%\syswow64\odbcad32.exe) to handle 32-bit drivers.
You can also install 64-bit drivers using psqlodbc_09_00_0200-x64.zip
at http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/odbc/versions/msi/ and you will be
able to see the drivers via %WINDIR%\System32\odbcad32.exe.
