How to turn on debugging

Hello,

I am trying to debug my application and I want to turn on the debug in
psql-odbc driver. I have below setting in my odbc.ini file. However I do
not see any files being created, can anybody point me what I am doing
wrong?

Trace = 1
TraceFile = /home/rareddy/testing/PostgreSQL_test_trace.log
Debug = 1
DebugFile = /home/rareddy/testing/PostgreSQL_test_debug.log
CommLog=1
CommLogFile = /home/rareddy/testing/PostgreSQL_test_comm.log
