Someone seems to have deleted that file, which contains the description of the corresponding table. Recreate the exact same table (EXACT, including keys, indices, datatypes, encoding, the lot) and copy that tables's .frm file to replace the lost one. Then pray to the elder gods and restart your mysqld to see if it works.
