Instal Problems - DBD-mysql

Greetings,
I am trying to install DBD-mysql on a fresh install of Redhat 8
Linux. I have MySQL installed from the RH distribution. (3.23.52)

I ran the perl make with user,password,host,database,port configured.
Ran OK

make OK
Make test I got

I tried to research how to manually duplicate making a DSN but didn't
seem to have any luck. everything seemed to point back to having this
module installed.

Any help is appreciated
