perl (CGI) needed

Hi, when I try to install mysql-3.23.58-1.80 I have the following message:

error: Failed dependencies:
perl (CGI) is needed by mysql-3.23.58-1.80

but where I can download this package? I have already installed
perl-DBI-1.30-1.i386.rpm with success !
