MySQL service crashs under Windows .NET Server RC1

OS: Windows .NET Enterprise Server RC1
OS version: build 3663.main.020715-1506 (version notice from the desk)
MySQL version: 3.23.52

Since I upgraded to the above operating system I can´t start MySQL as
service.
There is no error message with winmysqladmin, but the ms managment console
Services display one:
Could not start the MySql service on Local Computer.
Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.


The standalone version works fine.
