There is no error log about the crash.

Before I was running Windows 98, which is also on the same harddisk but is
unbootable(mbr).
The Windows .NET Server runs in different pfads.

Hmm. Then please open a dos prompt shell (if that OS has) and go to
WinDir (Windows for Win9x and Winnt for Nt) and verify if the my.ini
file stays actually here. If not, then create it with the edit (don't
use a graphical tool):

[mysqld]
basedir=3DC:/Programme/Netzwerk/MySQL
datadir=3DC:/Programme/Netzwerk/MySQL/data
